For good work in Germany's Youth Academies

Certification of Youth Academies

All 36 licensed clubs in the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga are obliged to set up a performance centre for talents according to defined criteria.

For the clubs in the leagues below the two highest divisions in Germany, the 3. Liga and the Regionalliga, there is the possibility to set up a performance centre (Currently there are 56 performance centres in Germany – January 2021).

My Work
Advise @ Expertise

I have supported clubs such as SC Paderborn, 1860 München, Dynamo Dresden and Chemnitzer FC with their certification. Together, we developed individual concepts in and around football, for example on the basis of a SWOT analyses. Within the framework of these projects, I was able to contribute my knowledge in the area of football education in a targeted manner and contribute to the fulfilment of the requirements.
