Coach the Coach – The quality of the training depends on the people who work in the “key functions”. Organized sport needs more qualified staff, such as trainers. Teachers are of central importance in the qualitative implementation of learning opportunities: They design the learning processes in training, further education and further training measures and thus decisively decide what effectiveness and changes the learning opportunities unfold.
This includes the basics of teaching and learning, the targeted use of modern media for teaching, practice-oriented learning and teaching methods, and social skills.
